Westboro Baptist Church
The Westboro Baptist Church is a church that pickets many controversial things such as the funerals of soldiers killed in action.The WBC is very hateful and has unusual beliefs compared to other beliefs of Christianity. They believe that God is punishing America because they of the gay people in America, many people see these beliefs to be immoral.Not only do the protest the gay community they also protest the Jewish community. The people of the WBC believe that the gays and Jews have no human dignity because they believe God hates them. The WBC also make parody's of many songs including Michael Jackson's charity song We Are the World. Many moral people have stood up against the WBC including the district attorney of Topeka who vowed to end the WBC.

Cyberbullying
Cyberbullying is a very serious issue among teens today. Cyberbullying can ruin many teenagers life and is one of the largest forms of bullying around. Cyberbullying is the use of the internet and related technologies to harm other people in a deliberate, repeated and hostile manner. Because of the amount of technology teens have today it is very easy to be a cyberbully. According to statistics most cyberbullying happens on instant messaging over the internet.
In 2006 one survey said that 42 percent of middle school children have been cyberbullied and 38 percent have been threatened while online. There are many laws that prevent teenagers from cyberbullying one another. In Arkansas in 2007 they passed a law that allowed school officials to punish children for cyberbullying even if the bullying didn't occur on school grounds which gave the schools a lot more freedom to punish the bullies. In New York state the government created a system that investigates cyberbullying claims so that the can prosecute the culprits.
